How to shop?
Shopping is made easy at the Xcustomcaps Shop. First select shop for hats or shop by brand, then select the category or brand name of the hats you wish to browse. To request a larger image or more information on the product you can click on the image or the product title.
 
Shopping online
  • 1.To add an item: from a product page, select the options and click the Add to Cart button.
  • 2.Review and Edit Selections: You may review and edit your orders directly from the cart with the "Product Options" pull down menus.
  • 3.To resume shopping: Simply click the Add to Cart button to return to the previous page.
  • 4.To change the quantity: Once a product is added to the cart simply update the "Quantity" field in the cart and click Recalculate
  • 5.To remove an item: enter "0" in the item "Quantity." field and click the Recalculate button.
  • 6.Select your shipping options: To select your form of shipping click the desired shipping option from the options presented. Type the shipping postal code -where you want the hats to be delivered.
  • 7.Select your payment method: Use the "Select Payment Type" pull down menu to select the form of payment you wish to use.
  • 8.Complete the checkout process: Press continue to go to our secure form to enter in your personal information.
 
Artwork
 
What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don’t have artwork?
Don’t worry. Send us what you have. Our professional art team (the largest in the industry!) will work with what you have to create exactly what you need – FREE. Don’t have art? Just design on line,We have prepared a lot of art design for you, you can choose your favorite pattern in the hat printing area, and it will generate an online hat for your reference!
 
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
 
Where do I send my artwork?
Simply reply and attach it to your order confirmation e-mail and we’ll take it from there. You can also send it to [email protected] or e-mail directly to your Customer Care Representative.
 
Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?
Yes! Keep in mind however, that in some cases there is an additional charge for this service in order to get the specialized ink if an exact match is required. There are also a few products where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. Your Customer Care Representative will help you with this. If you don’t require an exact match, but would like us to be ‘as close as possible’ – we’re happy to help. Just let us know which colors we should be working towards in the ‘additional comments’ section in the order process, or just let your representative know (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!).
 
Payment
We offer PayPal as a payment option for our International Customers. However,if you selected caps with larger orders. we will email you at the time you place the order,and we will send u Proforma invoice,an you can pay by T/T.
 
Order confirmation
After you have "Submitted Your Order", you will be given your "Order Confirmation"'. Print your order confirmation and save it for your records
A Copy of your order confirmation will also be emailed to you. We will personally send you an e-mail to let you know the status of your order, and when you can expect shipment.
 
Shipping & Delivery
 
How fast will I get my order?
Production times are listed for every item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single color imprint after you’ve approved your artwork. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. As part of the online order process we show you the shipping charges for ground, 2-day and next day shipment. If you need an item faster than the production time shown or if you have any questions contact us – we love a challenge and would be happy to help!
 
Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
Sure! Just let your Customer Care Representative know (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they’ll be happy to assist.
 
Can I ship internationally?
In many cases yes. It’s best to work with our Customer Care team on this as each case is a bit different. Please contact us!
 
Can I ship on my own shipping account?
Yes. Just let your Customer Care Representative know (you’ll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they’ll be happy to help.
 
Our guarantee:
You must be completely satisfied with your order. If not, we will gladly refund your money or replace any item ordered by Internet, mail or phone within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are not returnable.
